Under the direction of Shahiduzzaman Selim, with the participation of Dallas and Austin dramatists, Salim Al Deen's play Shakuntala is coming to our stage. (শহীদুজ্জামান সেলিমের নির্দেশনায় ডালাস ও অস্টিনের নাট্যশিল্পীদের অংশগ্রহণে সেলিম আল দীনের নাটক শকুন্তলা আসছে আমাদের মঞ্চে।)

The Bandhan Cultural Association of Greater Austin is a non-profit, secular, and cultural organization of Bengali community of Greater Austin, TX. Its mission statement lies in promoting social and cultural activities focusing on Bengali culture to entertain the members of the Bengali community and others living in this area of Central Texas.
The organization objectives includes the followings:
To create various cultural and recreational programs focusing on Bengali culture to entertain the members of the Bengali community and others living in the area.
To improve and enhance the quality of the social and cultural activities in this area by providing training to the interested persons on non-commercial basis.
To promote the children activities with a focus on Bengali culture.
To engage in miscellaneous that will have positive impact on the socio-cultural environment in the area.
