Bandhan Cultural Association of Greater Austin is happy to invite you, your family, and friends to celebrate "The Auspicious Mohaloya: শুভ মহালয়া” marking the beginning of the Sharodia Festival. According to the scripture, on this day, Mother Durga and her family started their journey from Mount Kailash to Earth to bring peace to humanity by defeating the evil forces.

Bandhan is proud to host this "UNIQUE and First-ever Public Event" in Greater Austin and expects all of your active participation to make this a grand success.

Date & Time: Saturday, October 2nd, 10:00 am to 4:000 pm

Venue: Austin Hindu Temple, 9801 Decker Lane Road, Austin

Components: Chandi Path, Puja, Lunch, and Cultural program

Registration fees including lunch:

Adult (18+): $15

Family (including kids 6-18): $40

Student: $10

Kids under 6: free

While Bandhan will attempt to accommodate as many community members as possible, the size and extent of the event will be limited by the COVID related guidelines from the local authorities and CDC. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to hosting you.
